Addicting Queso
In a blender add:
2c water
1/3 c nutritional yeast
1/4 c Tahini
1/4 c arrowroot powder or 7 tsp cornstarch (both are gluten free)
2 TB lemon juice
1 TB onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp taco seasoning
2 dashes liquid smoke
Blend for a minute or two. Pour into a pot and add:
1/2 can rotel, drained
Whisk rapidly over hugh heat until mixture thickens.
